Went in for one thing, just a beef and cheddar sandwich. Parking lot is very busy there but that's not their fault. Service was... very quick, helpful and friendly when both ordering and picking up the sandwich. Unfortunately the batch of beef I got in thesandwich was of very poor quality. Had several hard, blobby pieces in it that I had to spit out. It was disappointingconsidering the sandwich was not cheap (around 7 bucks). Not many places open 24hrs anymore. The service at this Tim Hortons is possibly one of the best of any I've been to and they're... close to my home. They have never gotten my order wrong, always quick and willing to help me and my family with the app and howto use the special offers. Plus they brew good coffee. Read more
Always out of plain bagels. A lot of cross contamination. Things tasting like other things from the same knife being used from a... diffrent spread. Warm drinks. It's not rocket science to plan for a lunch rush and to keep items cold and not to crosscontaminate flavors. Read more
Tim hourtons really has to start making their service better. Nobody smiles at this place, it feels like a chore for them to... take your order. When you are waiting in line, they yell out your order and just leave it there. Why don?t you guys take namesfor each order and call by name? So many people order the same things and get so confused at the counter. Package all theirfood, drinks by name, and this will be a happier service for both parties. Read more

Any one else believe things will be different and yet walk out with food from Tim Hortons being yet again hustled!! The only... thing that?s good about this place is a coffee and donuts and even that?s pushing it! The food quality is awful, I thought wehad to be careful with what subway calls meat, but this chicken wrap felt like I was biting into nothing more then fat, whilealso being cold!! Worse customer service ever. I've been to the store around 6Am, the lady was super rude. She was not talking nice to the person... in front of me as well. For donuts, she asked my choice, when I start telling her, she did not even listen to me and put all mixdonuts and the person ahead of me had the same problem.
