Very disappointed the last couple times, no advertising saying they now close at 11. I came at 8:45 pm and there were basically... no pastries. Plus (and this isn't just recently, this has happened a lot in the last couple years) they turn off their paniniand I couldn't even get any sandwich or wrap except Turkey Club or Ham and Cheddar. I also had to say my order about 5 timesbefore she understood then told me that I only had two options. Another annoyance my friend brought up a couple months ago thatI've noticed every time, they barely actually 'dip' their doughnuts. Hardly any icing, compared to almost any other Tims I'vebeen to. This is more than two hours before close!!!??? I'm in hospitality and we have to seat guests if they come in fifteenminutes before close. Close doesn't mean time to go home it means you lock the door and then turn everything off. This isabsolutely ridiculous and I'll be switching to the McDonald's down the block for coffee (as it's really great coffee) andsnacks. I've let a lot of friends know too from the area.. let's please move past this Tim Hortons. I'm sad about this as I amusually here a couple times a week during work, but we will move on to a better place. Read more

This store deserves zero star. The store is dirty and disorganized. I saw many times they were moping the floor with water that... was literally pitch black from dirt and transferring dirt and bacteria from one side of the store to another. If you care aboutyour health don't go to this store. The staff have ZERO communication skills. Up till 3 weeks ago it seemed they only werehiring East Indian staff. Just recently they started hiring from other races. Most of the staff are very rude and ignorant, theydisrespect the customers, they either don't understand English or pretend to not understand the language. Complaints don't getresolved and even after repeating your order multiple times they still get it wrong. Read more

The 5 stars is for the staff member working this morning at 7:20 a.m. and not for the location as it is terribly understaffed... and not equipped to handle business levels. This lone staff member was great. She was apologetic as she was the sole employeetaking and prepping orders, and she worked quickly and efficiently. She seemed to balance the lineup orders with the onlineorders very well, and maintained a friendly demeanor despite her haste. I really hope someone comes to help her out, she isworking her heart out and deserves some praise for keeping it together. Read more

Management of this location please READ!! Can you hire workers who can actually READ orders? I've been to this location... countless times and never fail to get the right order. This is unbelievable! You know what's worse? They don't even apologizeor explain anything about it! I will never come back to this place ever again . Read more

I go here 2 - 3 times a week. The service is ok, but it would be nice if they called the order out when it's complete. I often... find the servers call out the drinks before the whole order is complete and other patrons take incorrect orders thinking it'stheirs. Update: Today Sasha served my friend and myself. She gathered all our items in a tray and called each order once theywere ready. Her expediting skills have moved my 2 star rating to a 5 ! good job. Read more

rudest experience. gave me the wrong order and blamed it on me. gave me attitude for no reason. the workers here don?t pay... attention and are always talking to each other and slacking off. apparently i took someone else?s order even though it was myexact order. they made it seem like i just took whatever was on the counter. they gave it to me BY HAND and said ?here is yourorder.? whoever is the manager of this place should really retrain the employees because they are rude and don?t pay attentionto what?s going on. I am REALLY hoping the manager/owner/whoever cares about this location reads this review. This is the worst Tim Horton?s... location I have ever been to. It?s slow, dirty, they burn food and give the wrong order out. The workers don?t even understandthe menu. I was there last night and the screen was full of orders, people were lined up waiting to order and there were peoplewaiting for their order and the only girl working was sweeping the floor? The store is super clean, and the staff is extremely pleasant, especially Anjali, who always greets you with a smile. She excels... at providing excellent customer service.
