Hi Tim Horton?s Burnaby Hospital manager. Google says you open at 630am on Sundays and it?s 7:10am and not a person to be seen.... I get that Google doesn?t always have the latest information, but perhaps you could at least post your hours on a sign forpeople who are here in person to see. I?ve seen many patients dragging themselves in and out of the cafeteria hoping you?d beopen by now. Read more

Very limited menu. They never warm up your food( any banana bread or croissant ????). Bad customer service. I understand they... are really busy sometimes but need to treat their customers respectfully. Weekends hours are only till 1 pm. And they never haveanything left around 12. Just limited donuts left. First the good part...great hours and staff were very pleasant and efficient. Now the bad...the food is dreadful. I had the... Sausage and Egg Breakfast Muffin (as they were out of bacon at 7:30am). I suspect that this may be a cost-cutting move eventhough they charge an outrageous $4.20 for the product. The bun, er, muffin, is obviously not fresh but frozen and heated upleaving it a soggy mess. Appeared to be a single egg 'product' and a sausage disc that was compressed down to 5mm in thickness(yes, I measured it). It tasted like, well, hospital food. staff need retraining, ask for new raisin muffin after there was some contamination in the muffin. The staff just look at you... not knowing what to do and would not just replace the muffin. they just look at you funny. Read more

Absolyutely worst, slowest and non-caring Cashiers at work there. On week-ends, one single (untrained) cashier at... work...Really? Is this the best Hortons has got to offer? Read more

Worst customer service thus so far I have encountered at this location. I couldn't read the employees name tag so there isn't... much I can do with calling so I thought I would leave a review to warn others. I had asked for a doughnut to be put in a timbitbox and he automatically told me i would have to pay more before I was even done finishing my order. For a box? Are you jokingme. I was getting timbits as well but he didn't bother waiting for me to finish ordering. He was very rude through out my orderand it doesn't make me want to go back. I haven't even finished putting my money in my wallet when he calls the next customer,rushing me to get out of the way. I don't know if it's just me but it seems the customer service industry has gone down hill andyou can't feel welcome anywhere you go anymore. Read more
