I work in this plaza and every time I get subway from here. Very good customer service from others but there is a guy, looks... like 24 old and a bit overweight. He didn?t even had his name-tag on and very very poor service by him, he don?t even know howto communicate, how to serve. I?m so disappointed by his service. On Dec30, 2021 at about 7pm, my wife tried buying a couple of sandwiches for my 2 younger kids. The server wasn't following... proper hygiene protocols. He was wearing plastic gloves to prepare the sandwiches and handling cash at the same time. My wifesaw that and when he tried preparing our kids' sandwiches without changing the gloves, my wife requested him to do so, but hesaid that the gloves he had available in the store didn't fit them (!!!???)......This is ridiculously unbelievable &unacceptable. As soon as my wife told me about the above, I just told her that we should go somewhere else which is what wedid. I hope this review helps future buyers. Read more
