I got the chicken bacon ranch which I get everytime I go to subway and this location on several occasions make the worst most... skimpy sandwiches I have ever had at a subway and when u ask for more toppings for the money your paying u get met with attitudefrom the girls and have also been told no thats how it's made I will no longer go to this location and spend my money I've triedgiving them the benefit of a doubt thinking maybe they were just having a bad day but it's on going so say goodbye to mybusiness. Some staff do not have proper training. Also seems the staff do not have capacity to handle the amount of work during busy... hours. As a result, service received is sub-par. Staff named Lavi tossed my sandwich across the counter to help anothercustomer. Seemed mildly inappropriate and unprofessional. Read more
This is a good location. They usually don?t have a lot of people, in fact many times I was the only one in the room (I come... during weekends afternoon or lunch), and they are very fast. I like their cookies with marshmallow in it but sometimes theirchocolate chip cookies can be dry and tough. On some good days, their chocolate chip cookies beats the chocolate chip cookiesfrom BJ bakery nearby due to their softness and not being too sweet. On some bad days their chocolate chip cookies are not evenas good as the cookies you get from the grocery store which is also nearby. Read more

UPDATE: Sept 2020 Went back to try the buy 1 get one online mobile deal. THEY are getting better! 5stars!! July 2020 They are... open! Revamped again! New everything!! Machines and all. They have social distancing markers and even usb and plug! The ownerspared no expense on this place. NO DINE IN for now but their chairs and tables are even new!!!!!!! -1 ???? for now cz stafflooks like they don't want to be here lol! But I'm sure it will change once pandemic ends. Read more
Great friendly service at this Subway. Plenty of parking at this location and it is a quiet place to dine a short drive away... from the hustle and bustle of the Metropolis Metrotown mall.
