Super slow service, I waited 14 minutes for a matcha Latte which is insane. End product also tasted extremely rushed, bland,... cold and tasteless. Avoid this location at all costs, washrooms are also out of order. Read more

A place to be when you want to spend some time with yourself or maybe your friends. I highly suggest people to come to this... because it is close to MetroTown mall and spacious as well. I have tried pineapple refresh with lemon. Seems really refreshing???? Read more

This location is great! They?re busy but still make great customer connections. They always do touch the cup too which I... appreciate as a former partner because it can be obnoxious and distracting trying to remember to do that when it?s busy. They?revery nice and welcoming! 2 stars is due to the cleanliness of the store. Exceptionally show service, leaving upwards of 5 customers in line to do what... appeared to be literally anything besides taking orders. Taking into consideration the volume of traffic this store gets due toit being right at Metrotown, is jarring to see how little they care about any lineups. Read more

I always get Starbucks from this location , the service before were solid, not till recently , I ordered online and went pick up... , because I was running late , I politely asked if could finish mine first , if not it?s ok, I also told them my order is justcold brew easy to pour , the Asian girl over their replied madly loudly and with a bad attitude : there are a lot of ordersinfront you, if u can?t wait we refund u. Dear Quality assurance and management, I arrived at Starbucks, lined up and then took my order. I waited for quite awhile and... then saw someone that came after me picked his order and left. I politely went to the Barista and asked where's my order and shereplied loudly and rudely "it's coming now", then I heard them talking to each other saying " let's finish this customer " In adirty way and knocking cups together to annoy her. I was in a state of shock. It wasn't me alone who heard them saying this, thecustomer besides me heard them. I am a loyal customer and love the quality of the products and the services but after whathappened to me today I really question that. Shame on them, if they don't want to work then they better stay home rather thandisrespecting others. I canceled my order and the manager didn't apologize and didn't say anything just signed thereceipt. Thanks, Lipton Read more
