Taste just like little Caesar?s gave up. Medium pizza for the price of something that can be considered decent cuisine. Worst Experience ever! We ordered two pizzas last night before 9 pm. When we didn't get the pizza by 9:45, I called the store ,... but nobody picked up the phone. I kept calling till 10:15, then we drove to the store and they were closed. Their delivery guybrought the food at 10:25 and when i complained about their poor service he told me that it is what it is and left. I have neverseen such poor customer service! Read more
FOOD POISONING- We ordered 2 large paneer makhni pizzas from them before 2 days. Me and my husband both fell sick with upset... tummies!! From the 1st bite, I felt something was not right, but couldn?t figure out what. My husband did not doubt anything.Also it seemed undercooked. Next day we both fell sick. And still continue to be so. What kind of quality are you servingguys??? Rotten food??? This was our first time, looking at the reviews. Will never be ordering again. I will definitely besending an email to health officials. I've heard good things about both Saffron and Pizza Factory. My dad wanted Pizza for lunch yesterday so Pizza Factory came into... my mind. My family and I did brief shopping at Save On and then phoned for 2 medium Pizza (Black Knight and Butter Chicken) itwas ready in 30 minutes. They have separate entrance for Saffron and the Pizza Factory side. 2 Pizzas were fresh and yummy.Never knew Indian and Italian cuisine would be a perfect marriage of wonderful flavours! They were both pretty good. ButterChicken pizza has a slight Indian flavour, but not too strong. I could taste butter chicken flavour in the meat. The size lookedsmaller than I thought, and I mistakenly thought the staff got the wrong order. It was the right size and had thin crust that Irequested. Black Knight was tasty too. We also had 10% off after the total of $29.50. We had a great experience from here. Read more
The first bite from the "Best Pizza in Town" makes a challenge to such a title, but all bites that follow sharply run in the... opposite direction. This is cheap pizza, cheap ingredients, cheap layout (all toppings fall in the middle, no where near theedge) and very little care towards their product. I asked politelyagain if I took off a topping on pizza would you adjust - she said we can?t calculate that but I go don?t you charge for extratoppings don?t you that?s your calculation.
