Great pho craving fix if you live nearby. However, the noodles are very chewy for my liking. And the fried rolls are... bland. Otherwise, value is good. Read more

The people working there go above and beyond. They always greet you with a pleasant smile. Even if you are picking up orders... they offer you a glass of water. Its the smallest gestures that matter the most Read more

[UPDATE]: Came back today to try their Rice Plate, and it was amazing. The lemongrass chicken is so good, and the rice they?re... using now really elevates the dish to an even better level. (I asked the staff and they said they are using the ST25 rice grain, which won the World Best Rice in 2019 ????). Would definitely recommend everyone to try their Rice Dishes! Killer Pho and BanhMi. We ordered a small #14 (house special) and a #43 banh mi (viet cold-cut). The broth was so clear and tasty, couldn?t getenough of it. Their home-made mayo on the Banh Mi was definitely the star of the sub. Full of toppings and packed withflavour. Friendly, fast, and attentive service. Definitely a thumb-up. PS: their patio is spacious, perfect for summer Pho ???? Read more

We visited the SFU campus on a windy day, so a bowl of warm soup was the only food we craved for dinner. While exploring the... view of this campus, we luckily walked passed Pho99 restaurant. The location is near the parking lot and bus loop, so it iseasily accessible. Our first impression of the restaurant was its friendly atmosphere and the professional customer service. Therestaurant offers various dishes of Vietnamese cuisine. The menu includes soup, dry noodles and rice. We had the spicy noodlesoup (aka Bun Bo Hue), a dry vermicelli bowl with grilled chicken and minced pork and the 4-season rolls. The soup had a perfectspicy level with so many toppings. Also, the grilled chicken was super tasty. And the bowl itself, in my opinion, was considereda healthy meal as it came with a lot of vegetables. Last but not least, their 4-season rolls dish was the perfect experience forus to "taste testing" their creativity=P. Trust me, the experience is overwhelmingly satisfying. Overall, we had an extremelypleasant experience at this restaurant. We will come back to try out more of their food. Read more

Came here with a friend and we both got the lemongrass chicken vermicelli with one spring roll. It was delicious. Portions were... very generous. It came with lots of vermicelli, and tons of veggies too. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside.Service was quick and friendly. Read more

Very flavourful and clear broth. The presentation is nice, and the Pho smells awesome. They offer 7 varieties of broth, and all... of them taste great and pretty unique. Aside from the original Pho beef broth, the spicy broth, and the hot and sour aredefinitely the must-try. I come here very often, the portion is big, the quality is consistent, and the price is comparativelyreasonable cónidering how much topping given. The front staffs are polite, and attentive. Highly recommended if you have nevertried out this branch. Read more

I?m an SFU student so decided to try this new place out since it?s just opened for a couple days. Ordered a Spicy Sour Seafood... Noodle Soup (they called it Pho Do Bien Chua Cay) and a Durian Smoothie. First of all the appearance of my bowl of pho lookednot very clean. But it tasted good, broth was decent, overall it?s a nice dish. The Durian smoothie was kinda too sweet for mebut still fine. The way they decorate the restaurant is nice, clean and somehow kinda warm and modern. However, staffs were notvery friendly. They literally showed bad attitude when I asked for something, never smile to the customers. And their faces werelike their lives had been ruined by someone!! And it was surprising that all of them were impolite like that. They even talkedbad things in Vietnamese about specific customers and didn?t expect I would understand. But hey people, I?m Vietnamese too!Staffs here should be trained more properly in my opinion. Customer service is always the most important! Read more
