This place is definitely above average compared to other pho places! Highly recommend the Special #2 Northern style Vietnemese... Pho with ginger minced beef! Most other pho places don't have this. It has a unique charred meat flavor and clean tasting broth.They have a special hot sauce on their table with lemongrass that's very flavorful. Nice food and nice atmosphere. It?s cleaner and looks better then the other Vietnamese restaurants in the area. It gets a bit... busy during regular dining and lunch time but if you come early or later there?s no wait time. Nice addition to the Edmonds area. Restaurant is clean, bright, and spacious. Service is typical to Pho restaurants, flag for... any type of service. Price to portion ratio is good and the large actual felt like a large. Ordered the Northern Pho , HouseSpecial, and Deep fried squid all were fairly tasty. The squid I believe can come in half portion, but we opted for the full. Itwas incredibly crunchy and did not taste greasy at all.
