This was our go to pizza place. We usually do pick up. Last week we ordered delivery for the first time. Was disappointed their... driver showed up late, without a mask on. We prepaid including tip. Very clean location with polite and friendly staff. The pizza and cheesy sticks we ordered were perfect and the caesar salad was... fresh! This was the first time we decided to pick up our order and after that visit, we are definitely going to be back soon. Inthe entrance-way there are large fridges displaying jars of dipping sauces and beverages. This is great for those like me thatoften forget these add-ons when rushing through the online or phone ordering processes. Read more
My review is not for this location , but for the call center. I have been ordering pizza the same way for many years. We like it... when the cheese is more white than brown, so we ask for lightly baked. That way it is not a burnt tasting cheese. So I orderedand said twice it is very important to be lightly baked. No response or no "we cant do that" They send it overcooked crustalmost black. The call center Brandon, says they are not allowed to do that. He has been there 7 years and never have allowedthat. I have been ordering Panago for over 30 years . Why did the first call taker not tell me Very disappointed I will neverorder a Panago pizza from this call Center again. Read more
This is the only location that does not burn my pizza! I always get goat cheese which melts different than mozerella. ? They... know how to bake the pizza properly. Read more
