Ordered a double hamburger and once I received the burger there was a rip on the sandwich wrapping. Like an obvious rip. I... requested to make a new burger as that is not sanitary serving a burger that has a ripped wrapping and the manager and employeemaking the burger gave me a weird face. I said a loud that it was not sanitary at all. As she was telling her employee to makethe sandwich again in their own language, the person I told about the rip, not sure if her name was Praya, but for sure her namestarted with a ?P? answered a phone call while people were waiting in line to order? very poor customer service if you askme. After eating my meal I?ve notice that Praya kept looking at her phone and texting. Mind you, she was the one baggingeveryone?s food and pretty much bagging and handling the fries. No hair net, no gloves for kitchen staff. I do not feel comfortable with the lack of supervision or quality control. I left... without my meal as I do not trust the lack of hygiene. Will definitely not go back there?EVER!! Read more

Very rude staff. I work with people with disabilities and I was working with someone who was standing next to the order pick up... counter. A staff rolled her eyes at them and said "go stand over there!" and pointed near the garbage can. It really hurt theirfeelings. Food took 15 minutes to get and they were rude (rolling eyes again) when I asked for more ketchup. Staff need sometraining in customer service for sure. I wouldn't recommend going to this mcdonalds. 1) Wait 20m for my orders. 2) Sauces missing for my chicken nuggets. 3) No napkins in bag. 4) Soft drink fountain out of carbon,... was told need 30m to get it from another store. The manager willing to sub the coke for other drink so at least acceptable. Butpoint 1 to 3 is just fail service for fast food restaurant. Black listing this store. Read more
This is the dirtiest mcD's I have ever seen. It's 8pm, literally 7 people seated,, but there's literally not a single clean... table, the floor is sticky, and mess everywhere! WTF. Read more
First off the restaurant is filthy All the tables had a mess on it customers were cleaning the tables themselves as we... did. There was no ice at all so all drinks were really warm and flat Staff member I got didn?t know much I asked for tomatoesfor a burger and didn?t know if they had tomatoes at all. I got the quarter pounder and the burger was not hot but almostcold. Fries were the only thing we got fresh In my opinion I wouldn?t recommend this place Last resort for sure. Read more
