Food is good service pathetic. I am their regular customer and every time I place an order they say come in 25min however I... came after 40mins still they gonna make me wait. They need to know the value of time. Every time they have an excuse to coverthe wait time. Don't order food if you don't have 1hour to pick it up as you will be disappointed. It's a small indian cuisine restaurant which is worth a visit! It stays open until midnight and serves fresh food all the time.... The food is homely and the vibe is good. They have limited seating arrangements but it feels cozy. Friendly people and serveswith a smile. Read more
Horrible Experience. Ordered through "Bob and Al's" website. Turns out that they recently changed names but still accept orders... (and take payment) through the old businesses website. Waited an hour for our food and called. Staff said they changed names anddidn't get the order then called back to tell me the order came through on Fedora (I've never used it before). Thought noproblem mistakes happen. Promised to make the order "right now, be about 25-35min" . Almost an hour later (2 hours since weoriginally ordered) the food shows up.... Cold. This is the type of restaurant that I always want to get behind and it certainly did not disappoint. When I was looking for a... place to eat, this happened to pop up and when I saw the photo from management indicating that they would feed you if you'rehungry but don't have money, it was a no brainer to try out. I've been back here again since the my first visit do this reviewwill be of all the dishes I've tried. One important thing to note is that their curry lunch combos are all day specials. Thisis amazing value so every time I visited, I got this as an option. We've ordered the butter chicken pizza and meat loverspizza. They certainly are filled to the brim with toppings! Taste wise, we enjoyed the butter chicken more. The meat lovers wasgood but did not really stand out. What really stood out is their curry. We've had the butter chicken, lamb curry, goat curry,and fish curry. Every single one of them I would order again. You simply can't go wrong with any of the above. The naan wasexcellent the first time around was excellent. The second time was a bit on the burnt side but still good. Their rice isflavoured with different herbs so it's not just plain basmati rice and was really aromatic. We've also had their veggie samosas(on special right now for 2 for $1) that came with some chutney. Great. Overall, we're very happy to have discovered this placeand will certainly be back again. The wait time is usually a bit more than indicated so no worries about rushing there. Evenwhen you order in person expect to wait about 30 mins as they make the food fresh. Read more
