My favorite go to for healthy smoothies. My ultimate favorites are Mango Magic and Mighty Kale. It's a bit on the pricy side... though but I don't mind. What I do mind is the fact that everytime I went there, there seems to be a consistent grumpy cashier????. He was not very helpful with answering questions like me asking about my reward points. This place is the cleanest and friendliest employee I?ve been to. Amanda and the staff are amazing! They always remember what I... like on my smoothies. But Amanda was such detailed on explaining to me the benefits and difference on protein and nutritions,she even informed me when there?s a changes on their menu or ingredients. Read more

While I do love their smoothies, quite a few times the customer service leaves more to be desired. I once asked one of the staff... to tell me more about the QR code that one can use to setup their app and I think get a free drink for every 5 or so that youbuy (you'd see it pasted on the glass there), but she just shrugged and said she wasn't sure how it worked and that I'd likelynot get the extra smoothie that's written there. Never saw selfish and rude people like you. I had some medical problem so I can?t drink cold bottle water so I asked for glass... of tap hot water from this food court. I also told them i can pay you 2/3$ by card but i need hot tap water. She said we can?tdo 2 dollar transaction so you can give me 2$ cash and i can give you water. So cheap l. Free birthday smoothie wadupp?! Thank you Jugo!!! This smoothie was dope and my new absolute go to option! It was super yummy,... good size and tasted awesome. I guess you could say it was the juice! Pun intended, it was pretty dope nonetheless. I Took awhim on the Matcha Pichu and will never ever regret it, flawless taste with great infusion of mint, dragonfruit and almightymatcha. It had great flavor, very fresh tasting and packed with wholesome and healthy ingredients. The Jugo Rewards program isactually pretty sweet and gets you some good loyalty points so get saving for them slurps ya'll! Read more

Jugo has a good rewards program, and I recently signed up and redeemed my small smoothie. The Summer Strawberry was delicious,... super fruity and a good consistency. I also bought a large smoothie while there. The ladies working were nice! Unfortunatelythey didn't properly ring in my purchase with my loyalty card number, so I did have to email Jugo Juice to have it added after Idiscovered this - but it was quickly rectified by their head office team. Will definitely be back in the future! I have fondmemories of using my Jugo Pass at this location some years ago, I just wish they offered more of their smoothie options in thesmall (and not just large) size! Read more
