It?s okay, not comparable to chipotle but i like the options here. A bit over-priced for the amount of food you get.
The bowl portions are soo much lesser than rest of the freshii locations and some of them are really saggy(obviously not fresh)... and burritos Are SMALL!! I went there multiple times and it?s all same. Why are they trying to cut back from the ingredients andyou left with rice only! What an interesting business mind! Man, i used to just love going here. Not so much now, the franchise isnt what it used to be. I was at the Lougheed Mall ... location today. Overcooked chicken, soggy quinoa. By the time I paid (extra for Sriracha, extra for quinoa, extra for Kale)which all used to be included, I ended up almost paying $19 for a salad! If I'm paying Cactus Club $$, and getting sub-par food- why go back? From the reviews, many others share the same view. Read more
The food was so fresh and good. But the 2 ladies(server) were not good. They were very,very,very slow I've just ordered 2 tacos ... and waited so long. It wasn't busy. Love Freshii but surprised the server gave me a plastic fork (not wrapped in plastic)without gloves on, for my salad but was... holding the fork where the prongs meet the handle. Not acceptable! Asked for a new one. Salad was delicious. Read more
