A new restaurant in the Heights, typical Chinese dishes, etc. Stopped in to check it out and wasn\'t disappointed. Service was... on point and my tea was hot and re-filled numerous times. Ordered the Beef and broccoli with rice and some spring rolls.Everything was tasty and nothing was left so I\'d say this place is awesome. They just opened so get there- 15% off everything. Read more
Very impressed with the food!! Some is definitely a little spicy so if you don’t like spice just make sure to ask to have it... less spicy. But the food tasted spectacular and the portions were good!!! Read more

In the heart of Burnaby Heights @ Ingleton & E. Hastings a new gathering eatery has opened. Eat For Good brings Asian homestyle... cuisine. They are working out all the kinks (being new) so is still settling in. You can order a la carte or by buffet styleshowcase or by menu. There is patio enclosed eating areas as well as indoors. The food is comforting & averagely tasty but thestaff try hard to be attentive. My favourite is the rice noodles. Some ethnic / asia restaurants are bad for making fun of theirnon language speaking customers. This place does not do that... google translate audible mike is great! Read more
