Me & a relative got food poisoning from this location very recently. I had the peanut buster parfait & he had the strawberry... cheesecake blizzard. We both vomited about 20 minutes after we finished the desserts. it was Nasty. I don't think they clean theice cream machine properly. Every time we have come to this spot lately. (Over the past year or so) the ice cream has been soft. The cones don't stand up... and the blizzards are soup soon after getting them. It might be the heat but normally a dipped cone doesn't look flattened. Thislast time we came in at 1030pm, they don't close till 2am. We waited for our food and they handed it to us in a to go bag. Whichi found odd. Because we wanted to eat there. They never asked one way or the other so i thought it wouldn't be an issue. Westarted to get eating the food. The next thing i hear is this lady from behind the counter telling us "no dinning in" so weleft. Maybe a sign will help letting people know that. Or put the chairs up on the tables? Read more
Second experience here after an almost equally awful attempt over a year ago. Twenty minutes for a cheeseburger, which I have to... say I wouldn?t mind if I was warned about. The food wasn?t even very good since they barely added any condiments. Staff wasliterally standing around for most of that time, like they literally were not sure what to do. It would have taken less time tomake my own food at home. Restaurant tables each had black hair on them for some reason. I seriously do not understand how thislocation stays in business. Employees talk amongst themselves in native language and not great things about the many number of paying kids in the lineup. I... speak the same language and understood them. U need to smile and greet every client. They are quite efficient though. Didn?tmake up for the bad service. Read more
I ordered a Peanut Buster Parfait at this location. For some strange reason the chocolate part tasted very SALTY! ... Approximately 2 years ago, I ordered a Peanut Buster Parfait at this location and the chocolate tasted salty back then! I haveno idea what the hell these guys do to their chocolate but the saltiness is unacceptable. I would avoid ordering a Peanut BusterParfait at this location! Read more
I am so disappointed in my experience at this DQ location. I took the time to give feedback in order to receive a free dilly... bar. The guidelines say that you have to give feedback within 3 days of the order but it says nothing about the code expiring. Icompleted the feedback and specifically went back to this location so I could claim my free dilly bar. When I got there, themanager told me they couldn?t accept it because the person on the receipt didn?t work there? why would that matter? Then, shewent on to say that the code was for last year so they wouldn?t be able to enter it into the system? there was no expiry date onthe rules. The manager was extremely rude and had very poor customer service. I was going to buy an ice cream cake on top of thefree dilly bar but with this type of service, I don?t think I will ever go back to this location again. I have tried 3 ice creams red velvet , Oreo and chocolate fudge extreme liked all the flavours.
Best dairy queen location that I go to! The staff is always so welcoming and attentive and the food is always so fresh. And they... are open late which helps with the late night ice cream cravings! Highly recommend to try this location. Read more
