It says that your store was open, so I drove 20 minutes farther out of my way just to pick up an ice cream cake for a family... birthday. Your staff was there but couldn't be bothered to sell me a premade cake since I couldn't wait for the extra half houruntil your actual opening hours and risk being late for the party. Inconsistent customer service. One staff will say something and another will contradict the other. There was a helpful young man... but the rude young lady would not let him serve other customers. Typical wannabe manager who doesn't know anything aboutmotivating staff - just barking orders. This and their future employers should avoid hiring her. Read more
