It was alright, quality was average and the Sundae did not look appealing. Sadly will not go to that location next time.

Toilet broken, very slow service, poutine was just fries, shabby decor, staff just waiting to die.

We order 2 blizzard apple pie and pumpkin we waited for like 20 mins and no body says anything about the Waite and then when we... asked they said they changing something in the machine I don’t recall what it was, eventually took our blizzard went hometook the second a bite and found something very hard and couldn’t chew it and I spat it out and it was a dirty ugly brokennail that was disgusting had to puke. right after, went to the store and took the nail and the 2 blizzard as well then I askedthe girl that made it she said doesn’t know what it is and blamed it on the morning shift employees, they should clean theirmachines more often and also sensitize the machine area, very bad experience at this location, the next morning called and askedif the manager and asked is there the girl that answered she hanged up and called again several times nobody answered. UPDATE: Sept 8, 2020. Still open! Now they have dine in. There are areas closed off for social distance. And they have 1... sanitizer at the counter. So I give them a +1 star since only 1 sanitizer bec the place doesn't look clean. So the tables arenot sanitized/cleaned regularly. They have a clean place here! They are open for takeout only. NO DINE IN. They are a bigenough store to cater to orders. They have clear counter separators I needed my sugar fix.Bought the Choco Brownie ExtremeBlizzard Treat which is pure sugar for the sweet teethers. You will need water after this thing! I even ordered a small one! Myhusband bought and tried the Coffee Crisp Blizzard. He says it's good but can't finish it all since it's also sweet but not assweeeet as mine. It's just enough to make you taste the light coffee but tasted like choco bars. -2 star They don't havesanitation stations so please be careful. Staff had no mask protocols. Sorry a big ????. I've never been to a Diary Queen before. As my first one, it was pretty nice. The food was actually really hot and fresh, big... plus there. Really didn't expect it to be so fresh. Fries were the perfect blend between crunch and soft, not too salty butstill good. Burger was pretty good, smelled a lot stronger than I was expecting, but not a problem. Had a burger with 2 patties,which might've made it a bit dry. The only downside was that the actual place had no atmosphere and just seemed so scuffedsomehow. It was really silent and plain.
