To the girl with tattoo on the left arm, too rude! I?m a regular coco customer who always order the same thing every single... time. I ordered 2 milk tea through app, left a note to separate the bag since it?s for another friend, picked up on a regularnot busy day, store was pretty empty. Another girl was there (I bet she?s new) and I told my order number, and turns out theyput both in one bag, then I nicely ask for one more bag. Then this girl with tattoo, out of nowhere came and packed anothercustomers order (which im fine w it not in rush) and gave those to me. I told her that?s not my drink (it?s taro, I know exactlyhow bubble milk tea looks like). She rudely said, ?these are yours!? Again, I said that?s taro, mine is 2 milk tea. She kindashout at me and say, ?you should?ve give your order no.? I was like, ?I told the other girl what?s my order and order number Ijust need an extra bag.? Then she finally rudely gave me my bbts and sort of threw me the bags (for me to pack myself, again Idon?t mind). I don?t think I asked too much, only an extra bag which was also written on my order notes. I always Left the samenote whenever I order more than 1 thing, never happened before not even on this branch. I don?t expect much of a customerservice since this is just a takeaway kinda place. But I think being nice to other is a basic 3 year old kid knowledge, mostlywhen the person is also asking you nicely isn?t? The drink is always good btw, just the girl. Read more

I ordered a large brown sugar milk tea with pearls on the late morning of August 25, 2022 prior to noon from the young man... behind the counter. When I was finishing the drink and the ice ran out (I ordered less ice), I noticed that some of the pearlstasted a bit fishy. They probably let the pearls sit too long (perhaps overnight?) and they must have gone rotten because I hada sore throat the rest of the day and now still have a sore throat the following morning. I know that it was that drink that didit because of the fishy taste of the pearls and because I didn?t eat or drink anything else that morning before getting the sorethroat. I like Coco, but I do not trust this location to have freshly made pearls in the morning. The name of the company isCoCo Fresh Tea & Juice, but I do not think that the pearls in the tea which I ordered were fresh at all, but rather wereprobably old as they were likely left sitting too long and had gone bad. I went to the store to get some drink on august 12th 7:11pm. No acknowledgement from staff. Every single employee was rude!... Threw my money on the counter and threw a straw. My experience was ok with customer service and quality of the bubble tea. This place is always busy but the staffs are very fast... and try their best to keep up with the crowd. It would be nice if they have some place to sit inside or outside of the store. Iguess because the store is very small and it is inside of Metrotown mall, so they can?t have some seats outside. My Favorite place to get Strawberry Bubble Tea! Store is clean and quick even when busy!

Came here today and ordered a large brown sugar milk tea with extra coconut jelly, and it was delicious. The place wasn't too... busy and they are well staffed. The interior decorations and vibe is really nice. Definitely coming back to try more items ontheir menu. Read more

Unlike the other reviews, my experience at this store was pretty good. Just before closing time, I had to wait about 5min to... receive my order. Since its relatively new store, the place was very clean. I liked the guy who took my order. And a lady whogave me the drink seemed nice as well. But I would definately avoid during busy hours.
