Horrible customer service both the old guys are really careless it's shameful they still work there. Try coming late at nights... between 1-5 am you could wait outside for an hour nobody will open the door. But you can very clearly see them sitting on therephones or fake cleaning the back never the front door ????????. The night shift workers use night shift as free money becausethey just lock the doors so nobody can get it. As I'm posting this now I'm waiting outside it's 3 am I have been here since 215.I was just watching a pod cast having a smoke lost track of time. Horrible establishment Read more
I went last Sunday to grab coffee in this store around 7 a.m. as usual with my friend but there was girl in there she was just... using her phone and she put her airpod on and continued her calling . She was staring on us because I think we ruined her call.We wait at least 5 minutes for checkout but she was just walking around in cafeteria then one guy came and he finally do ourcheckout . Walked in one day...the girl behind the counter pretty much followed me to the back to make sure I wasn't up to any good..got... some "hurry up and buy" vibes from her. Perhaps I didn't look like "The right kind of customer." Made my purchase and leftfeeling awkward. Only coming back when the guy is working behind the counter. He is welcoming. Read more
Well, they advertise as open 24 hours. Yet when I show up at 2 AM, the employee is facetiming his buddy, the door is locked, and... he smirks at me before sitting down and continuing his chat. Overnight workers have limited options at those hours for food,drinks and essential items. The disrespect and disregard for their customers is not acceptable. Read more
