Trash tier place these days, clearly under new ownership/management like so many other fast food places over the last few years... that seem to be owned by the same types of people whose greed ruins the things we love. Prices going through the roof, portions, quality, and customer service going into the toilet. Sad state of affairs when McDonald?s becomes your best fast food optionbased solely on the fact that at least you know what you?re going to get. I hope Church?s head office takes note and correctsthis behaviour rather than letting sleazy franchisees ruin their brand. When I can make better quality food in less time forless money, why would I ever come to your store again? Thanks for motivating me to improve my cooking skills, you get a singlestar for that :) Read more

Just got a spicy chicken sandwich and fries and a drink. Chicken was about 3mm thick and was very pink inside, fries were ok but... cold. And the orange pop mix was off. Read more

Going downhill fast. Not sure what's happened to Church's in general and this location specifically, but quality has taken a... serious nose dive. In addition, previously reasonable to generous portions have seemingly been cut in half. What used to be puttogether with care, is now slapped together haphazardly. Today I ordered a classic crispy chicken sandwich, normally a nicelarge piece of chicken, but today a piece so small it felt like I was eating mostly bun along with the disgusting amount of mayothat was slathered on there. See pictures for proof. There is no way anyone in their right mind would pay almost $10 for thisdisgusting mess if they knew that this is what they would be receiving. I legit feel ripped off. Not sure if this location isunder new management(and others as this seems to be an issue with a growing number of Church's in my experience, particularlythe one on Main Street) or what, but I'm turning from a previously loyal Church's customer to a strong detractor based on thistrend. Quality matters, it's what keeps your customer coming back. Stop offering it and you'll cannibalize your customer base.I hope you turn things around before myself and others don't even consider you an option anymore. We're almost at that point. Read more

The chicken is nice and crispy. Not very oily, and usually fresh. The gravy could be less thick though, and the seasoning is a... little basic. Read more

Unfortunately the wait for the regular chicken was 14 minutes so I chose the spicy four pieces. It was a little dry with the... white meat. The staff was friendly. Read more

Boy their prices have gone up. Over $9 for a chicken sandwich with mediocre service and almost 10 minute wait. Used to be my go... to place. Finally got my sandwich, and changing review to a 1 star. The most bland chicken I?ve ever tasted. May as well havebeen just boiled. At least I could taste some mayonnaise in it. Read more

This is 24 hour open restaurant serving the hot crispy fried chicken. I would recommend there hot wings (the spicy ones) which... are lip smacking. You can compare them to KFC but lot better. The prices are reasonable. Read more

My favourite fried chicken chain restaurant will have to go to Church?s. This location is always busy, and they?re open... 24-7. Service is always speedy here, even though they don?t have that many staff behind the counter. I always go for theirfamily combos and enjoy having left overs for lunches the next day. Church?s big pieces of chicken and gives you thighs bydefault. Their chicken is always crispy on the outside and very juicy on the inside. I think their key is brining. Unlike KFCsome pieces are tiny and the crust is soggy by the time you get home. KFC also uses lots of MSG in their seasoning which makesyou super thirsty afterwards. Their sides are decent, but I don?t like their biscuits. It?s usually dry and hard. Otherwisetheir potato salad and macaroni salad is on point. The fries can be a hit and miss at times. Depends when they came out thefryer. Sometimes I pop them into the toaster over for awhile when I get home if they get cold and soggy on the way back. I?vebeen to this location many times now, and I can?t recall a bad experience so far. From time to time they also do specialpromotions out on their windows too. Read more
