Missing pieces! Missing gravy! Like the other reviews say they don't fill your order correctly. Out of the last two times I've... been here, they forgot $10 worth of food each time! They just give you an '8 piece combo' and will forget some of the extraitems you've ordered. The reply from the owner here is fake; they haven't followed up with their staff as it's been happeningto other reviewers. There was no rush when they grabbed my order as I was the only order they needed to wait for. I'm out $20 atthis point and I will never come back. Read more
Ordered classic chicken sandwich and 3 piece chicken. The chicken sandwich look so small and it does not look anything like what... I ordered. I specifically asked for 2 thighs and this is what i got. They recook their food as the thigh look darker than therest. I returned the food and they telling me that I am wrong. Nit even apologetic. Girl taking my order was very friendly, but that?s where the positive ends. Chicken was burnt, dry and very dark like other... peoples pictures. Also I got a large fries and the box was not as full as it should be. Definitely avoid this location.L Hopefully management can drastically change otherwise best to just close down so another competitor can come in. I mean whatis even the point of serving mediocre (at best) fast food. Only reason for the 2 stars is friendliness of staff when placingorder. Seriously just don?t eat here. Not worth it. Read more
The quality has gone down big time since this place has been taken by the new owner. Bought a 3 piece combo the other day, the... colour of the chicken was so darker and we could taste nothing but bitterness from the oil. Really really bad! Not to mentionthat they were super stingy with the fries. It was very disappointing and obviously unethical of the shop to use old oil. Betteroff going to another location. Read more
Have not had Church's chicken in years. Location is handy. Lots of tables for dining. They need to get a/c working. Ordering was... fast. Food was good, hot and just what I had remembered. Prices have gone up a lot but where haven't they. Loved the honeybiscuit. Would go again when I have a fried chicken craving. Read more
Went here again tonight, staff barely put any fries into the 3 piece deal box. First time I've ever seen this in 10+ years going... to Church's all over Vancouver. Last month they forgot my gravy. I used to go to Hastings /Nanaimo and Fraser st all the timeand they never once had any issues. Owner: hire better people!! Read more
It's fast food/fried chicken, what are you expecting? Chicken is decent enough. Fries are the same soggy mess you'd get at most... fast food places except McDs. Biscuits are passable. Service is horrendous. 3 people standing around for 10 mins for theirorders to get filled. Not because the chicken wasn't ready, but because they're slow as heck and seem unsure of what they'redoing. Even the delivery drivers or people who ordered in advance had to wait. Don't come to this location if you're lookingfor FAST food... Read more
