The Hainanese chicken was very disappointing. This bubble waffle is not reflective of other bubble waffles in the city. The... chicken was so dry (and this is dark meat) and the rice was overcooked. Instead of tasting each granule, it was a soft mush. The bubble waffle was also cold and not made fresh for us. This bubble waffle in the food court lacks the basics. It seemsthat everything is either made ahead of time for efficiency sake, or made without much care. There are many bubble waffles thathave high traffic, but they still manage to make it fresh and delicious. This food court bubble waffle is not recommended. Read more
This is the worst Hainanese chicken I ever had. When I got my order I wondered why the chicken wasn't cut. Then I lifted the... top piece off and underneath was grossly chopped up tiny pieces of fat and chicken. They probably want to hide it and hope toget away with it. I can't believe they would even serve that to their customers. I also returned the cold soggy bubble waffle.What a disappointment ???? Read more

Food quality as many said is bad. Service is not acceptable at all!! Waffles are pre-maid and kept inside a warmer which is not... anything close to fresh made waffles!! I am not sure how they can keep customers with all this negativity!! Read more
Not Cheap enough to get Food Poisoned ( or free for that matter) HONEST PERSON! I ordered the chicken nuggets and a couple of... hours layer that same day I got diarrhea, food poisoned. This just didn't happen at the same place. A month apart, I ordered thesame and also got wrecked..... MetroTown & Lougheed Malls.... . . . Looks good(ish). Tastes okay. WRECKED.
