Family and I had such a great experience at the Big Bend Boston Pizza. It’s our opinion that this is the best Boston Pizza... around. We celebrated my daughter’s 3rd birthday at BP with 25 family members and booked out the side of the restaurant thatcould accommodate our group. It’s a great space that allows folks to mingle around without being confined to a seat. The waitstaff and manager were awesome, friendly, and helpful. The food was great - we ordered nachos, fries, and pizzas for everyone,plus beers/wine for the adults. The pizzas came out perfect. At other BPs we usually have under done pizza. We told our waiterWillie that we wanted it well-done. Needless to say, they came out perfection. Kudos to the kitchen staff and the wait staff.Was a lovely evening and my kid had a blast! It was good. But I personally didn't like it much since they didn't have any cheese crust option. I found the pizza a little... rough. Perhaps not as per my taste, others may like it. Read more
Was here 2 weeks ago … beef dip was great, really good … chicken wings were”boneless@. … good. If you are a fan, but... not a Wing. Service was excellent, fairly priced. Did pizza delivery a bunch earlier, not great, but they were gracious andgave gift certificate I used now! Great recovery BP … back in my good books Read more
The food is expensive for what you get. There are a few GF options. The three stars is for our server who was amazing Lauren,... she was so cheerful and helpful. The food would be a one. 18 dollars for half a head of lettuce or 4.00 for a glass of soda, nowonder people are eating at home more. Read more
Updated 7/12/22 - went back again tonight. Even slower than the first time! I think it took 20 min to get a drink, another 20 to... place a food order and another 30 to get food.... Two weeks earlier.... Super slow but we came in as a group just after 9pm. Outof some items on the menu. I think they did what they could within their means but wouldn't hurry back. Absolutely horrendous service. Only half our table got the food they ordered and then the waiter was surprised and had no clue... what the rest of our order was. When I asked for a manager I was told one minute.. but there was no manager on duty. They didn'tbother to tell us this though, just left us waiting.. When I went to go find the manager the hostess walked me all the way tothe office and then finally admitted no Manger was on duty. Never had such horrible service before but wow has it went downhill.
