Excellent and friendly courteous staff at this location. Even with a large line the service was speedy! Got my food within a... matter of minutes. The onion rings are something else here, crispy and delicious on a cold day! The burgers are pretty decenttoo and coupons help cut down the price! Read more

10 minutes before closing. They made us feel that they don?t want to take our orders. Clearly they don?t have customers that... time and we saw one employee just using her phone at the back. They gave my friend an old burger with old mushrooms inside atthe same time. Our friend ask for a fresh one and the guy refuse my friends request rudely. If they don?t want to take orderbefore they close. They should close the store 20 minutes early. By the way this is our first time here. Not coming back againwith that kind of service. Read more

It?s my first time to visit A&W and my experience was not good if I?m going to rate this branch for QSC&V it?s failed because... food Quality - taste was great hot and fresh potato flavour for the hash brown and for the coffee it?s cold ..Service - was notto fast that?s why the coffee got cold ... Cleanliness - store was ok nice and clean but the staff didn?t do hand wash orsanitize her hand before preparing the orders take note food safety first because of COVID19.. Value - the price of the item isfair enough affordable and not expensive... i definitely won?t comeback again until they improve their sanitation proceduresbefore preparing food and to improve their speed of service so that the food will not get cold. Nothing beats a mug of A&W root beer in a frozen mug. Great food, great service, great location to just people watch and... chill. Staff are friendly. Location is perfect. Parking can be a challenge.
