Prices are too high (thanks metrotown) and they don't make all day lunch in the mornings as is advertised behind the cashier.

Horrible customer service. I bought a kid?s package and when I asked about the apple the staff simply ignored my inquiry.

Such a shameful act done by there manager and there crew members. They keep staring there customers like no one else. At first... i ignored but then one of my female friend who works in the same food court she complained about him but no one took action.Theguy(manager himself) shout, and torture every single girl who passes by the back entrance. Like come on, you guys also havesisters at home. So disgusting. I appeal to the senior manager or the owner of the store to take better care of their staffplease. Read more

17 minutes from time I ordered two hash browns and a bacon and egger. After waiting in line for 10 minutes with only 4 people in... front of me. Far from fast food. It was 11am and the food court was not busy. I?ve had two other experiences like this at thislocation and thought it was time to share. Read more

Although slightly pricy, burgers and fires much better than McDonald's. Drinks are all served in frozen mugs, no ice cubes... diluting the flavor. Pretty busy during weekdays, wait time could be long. Read more
