Second time coming here since I found out there was a location in Burlington. Both times have been great. Ordered Turkey Cali... club and second time a protein bowl. Great customer service, the young man making my bowl was patient, attentive to my order.Definitely going to be coming out here more often! Read more

Food was decent, however it?s almost impossible to see the extras through the glass, get rid of the giant decal stickers over... the glass so customers can see what they want to put on their sandwiches. Read more

This is a mediocre sandwich shop at best . They at one time closed their bathrooms to the public and told their customers to go... to a ice cream shop next door . They ran out of spoons and yep told their customers to go to the ice cream shop next door . They run out of bread all the time . Their are better/cleaner subways ( the one in Mount Vernon next to Safeway) this one is alet down . Read more

This is the best subway I've been to honestly. Staff was friendly, location is clean and food was great. It is a little small... but that's not really an issue. They even take coupons! Read more

the girl on the opening shift on Tuesday was so rude and looked irritated to be there, she kept pacing back into the kitchen and... to the counter. If you don?t want to work in the food industry you shouldn?t take it out on paying customers. Will NOT be comingback to this location. Read more

I understand each Subway is independently owned and I'm fine with that, but if you are going to be part of a chain, then certain... standards should be consistent. My fiancé and I just wanted something lighter for dinner, so we thought a sub would work. Welooked at the menu online and then went in to order. While we saw Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki subs on the online menu, it wasNOT listed on the restaurant menu board, so we asked if they had it. The young woman assured us they did indeed. I believe sheneeds to learn a bit more about the art of being a sandwich maker. To begin with, our bread was burned. Not one loaf, but ALLthe loaves of this particular bread were burned. Not black burned, but enough that the color was very dark and the taste wasslightly bitter. Then she took the chicken meat and squirted teriyaki sauce over the meat. That does not make it Teriyakichicken. My fiancé chose to have his sandwich toasted, which is fine. I chose to just have my meat heated. She made a point ofdisagreeing with my choice and told me the whole thing should be toasted. I told her again I just wanted the meat to be warmedas I prefer to not have the bread toasted. Finally, she proceeded to make our sandwiches, but the end product was dry, with notenough sauce, and the taste was unpleasant between the burned bread and the straight teriyaki sauce in glops. It was tooaggressive in taste and is NOT the way that sandwich is supposed to be made. Frankly, my opinion is if you are going to say youhave an item for consumption, then you had better have it. If you are part of a chain, then you need to adhere to that chain'sstandards and not put your own spin on it. We will NOT be patronizing this particular Subway again for these reasons: lack ofconsistency in chain menu items, argumentative server, general attitude (basically she wanted us in and out as soon aspossible). I stop by for a breakfast sandwich this morning, and it was so delicious way better than I thought it would be even though I... like Subway in general. And I got excellent customer service from the girl that was on opening shift. It's not close but it isalong my route omw to work, so I will definitely stop by there again. Excellent breakfast 6" sandwich for $6. The 12" was just$8, but I knew I couldn't finish it before work Read more
