I only rated one star because there isn't an option for zero. Been there twice when the restaurant was out of bread...once at... noon! They've also been out of various other items with frequency. Just left and the guy behind the counter acted like it washis last day. Threw ingredients in the middle of the sandwich without spreading them out, stingy with the vegetables and threwit all together Lin the sloppiest way possible. Read more
Customer Service is poor. Employees seem unhappy and make me feel bad for ordering a sandwich from them. I love this location,... it?s close to work. I would suggest customer service training. They seem so angry any time customers walk in.. makes you feelunwelcome. I will keep going to this location but I hope employee attitudes get better. Read more
Would rate 0 stars if I could. Worst service ever, refused to make my salad until all the sandwiches were made, including the... people not in our group, didn?t break up protein or cheese slabs of meat and cheese over vegetables. Ordered a Chicken, Bacon,Ranch 4 times, pretty sure the employees we higher the the Empire State Building on multiple drugs! Didn?t provide napkins andhad to ask several times for a fork. Just took my two boys into this location and tried to order two kids sandwiches for them. They were out of bread and only had... one loaf left. She proceeded to cut about a third of the bread off of one loaf to make one of the sandwiches and threw theremainder in garbage. It was the last loaf. She told us that it was policy and there was nothing she could do. She literallythrew away bread instead of giving it to a kid. Don't go here. Read more
Difficult to rate. Sandwich was great. Customer service was lacking. Received a few eye rolls from the gal who was making my... meal because i didnt order my food they way she believed i should have. Only wanted the bread toasted, not the meat or cheese.Apparently that blew her mind. Dont want to pick on her too much. But she could use a little more training on customerinteraction. What a fantastic sandwich! I had stopped going to Subway since most of them make you beg for more than 6 olives and 8 pieces of... spinach anymore. The last time I stopped at a Subway in Marysville, I was given 4 slices of black forest ham...on a foot longsandwich! This young lady was very polite, efficient and made a fantastic sandwich! I stopped here on my way home and ordered a 6 inch bacon egg and cheese. Towards the end, I asked for a little salt and pepper.... Instead, the person who made the sandwich added a lot of salt, most of it in one half of it. The sandwich looked it was puttogether by a toddler. I ended up only eating about half of the sandwich and throwing the rest away because of how salty itwas. It was pretty much ruined and a little over $8 down the drain. If you're looking for a subway that's close to I-5, don'tbother coming here, there are other places you can go. Read more
