Worst order EVER! Told us they were closed until 4:30am, so we waited. Told us they were out of nearly half the menu. We... compensated. The cheese on my burger wasn't even melted, the small patty looked ridiculous on my full size bun for my sourdoughjack, my girlfriend's burger was no better. When every place else is closed, that's a reason to step up your game, not to slackoff and do even less than the bare minimum. We will visit another establishment for our late night munchie runs. The 1 star is for Corporate. If I order a chicken sandwich and want the Swiss style cheese removed and cheddar cheese slice... added in its place, it should not cost an extra $0.60 cents. It just should not. I've removed and item and replaced it with asimilar one. So it should be either a 100% free substitution or a discounted substitute item. The food was good though and madecorrectly. Read more
Honest to god, when someone is working drive-thru they NEED to speak english! I am so sick and tired of not being able to order... my food because they literally dont understand what i have to say and what i ask for. No name tags on anyone, horrible customerservice. It should not take 15-20 minutes to order 3 basic sandwiches a medium coke lite ice and some hot sauce..... i reallywish i could give less than one star... Read more
The craziest thing happened to me whilst here. I waited for 25mins after we ordered via the drive thru. No explanation was given... but I assumed short staff... however the food was cold and the order incorrect. I wanted to go inside to correct the order butI knew I would get no justice. Ordered thru door dash. They didn't give me my simple four sauces and won't answer their phone. The bag was sealed so my dasher... couldn't open it. Two salsas and two teriyaki sauces. It's not difficult. I'm more mad they won't answer their phone. Read more
Had a long drive so stopped for some sugar in the sense of pancakes and syrup. After paying for it, the young and immature... window girl says they don't have syrup. I then asked what else can have in its place, she said there was nothing. I than askedfor a refund cuz who wants plain pancakes, right? She says she doesn't know how and there is no manager on-site. I then saidthat it would've been nice to know through the intercom, she looked at me with a blank stare and said if I have a problem tocall the number on the window. She then flipped me off! As I took a picture of the phone number she then flipped me offagain. This girl doesn't belong in customer service and if this is indicative of how this store is run, then I suggest moving onand eating somewhere else. I truly wish I would have. Read more

We originally went to the Cook Rd Jack in the box since we live in Woolley, but had the worst experience so we drove to the... burlington one and got the best service. They even made up for the Cook Rd Jack in the Box by giving us extra food. We willalways make the trip to the burlington one even if it's out of our way! Read more
