Embarrassingly bad customer service. Drive through 11/5/22 at 11:15am, guy at the speaker and window couldn't help say "is that... all" after every sentence I finished. After receiving our food we had to pour the fries back into their cups from the bottom ofour bag and put our sandwiches back together after we pulled out a mess from their wrappers. It's fast food, not rocketscience. Do better. Read more

I feel bad for the employees here because they are clearly understaffed. It took us about 15 minutes just to get drive through... and there were only two cars in front of us. When we got to the ordering kiosk it was several minutes of silence before theytook our order. When it came time for the food, it was almost ten minutes before our chicken nuggets and fries were ready. Itwas a small order, but there's clearly not enough staff working here. And the prices! Almost every time I stop in here on my way home something is wrong or missing. Tonight was no exception and I was the only... person in the drive-thru so naturally I was very disappointed to have to wait for my food at the front and have my order wrong.Not only was a breakfast sandwich missing but my daughters homestyle ranch chicken club had an extremely spicy chicken patty putinside of it. None of us are into spicy things so when I took a bite of her sandwich when giving it to her I was veryunpleasantly surprised to have my mouth on fire. Then I was unable to call in and tell them about my wrong order because thephone was never picked up with no answering machine to take a message. This does me no good as to getting my order fixed becauseI wasn't given a receipt so I can go back tomorrow. The kid taking my order was rude to boot and the whole reason I stopped inthere was to get shakes which they were out of apparently every kind of shake. If I could give negative stars I would. Over 18dollars for a big disappointment and not what we wanted or can eat. Read more

Horrible customer service. The dining area is closed and only the drive thru is open. We were the only customers waiting to have... our order taken. We ordered what we wanted and as I get up to the window, the lady in the window had her back to us for a longtime. When she finally graced us with service, you could see she was playing on her cell. Then I give her my debit card and sheruns it in the reader. She then leaves it sitting there for at least 10 or 15 minutes and turns her back to me again messingwith her phone and talking to another employee. When we got our food, one drink was smaller than I ordered. They fix the issuebut a few minutes after we leave with our food, I went to eat a fry. They were like warn and hard! I ate a taco and it was alsoLuke warm. I do NOT recommend this location at all!!!!! Read more

Not the Jack in the Box experience I was looking for. We asked for kids chicken strips (regular) and ended up with spicy. The... spicy chicken burger was dry and almost no sauce. Would not come back here again. Read more

Went through the drive thru around 2:30pm. They let me know it could take a bit so I parked. They had a lot of people lined up... so I was understanding of the situation. They came out no longer than 5min later and Sonia the one who brought the food out alsomentioned they had brought me a small dessert due to the wait! Soo surprised. Very nice and upbeat vibe from both the man at thewindow and Sonia. Wish this place was closer to my home! Read more

Tried the double cheese bacon burger combo. Absolutely awful! The bacon cheese sauce is very salty and ???? gross. Threw it... out. Fries were like warm. Terrible! Jack in the box used to be pretty good. Not anymore and way overpriced! Done with JB.. Read more

I?ve worked in the food industry before, 4 years actually, so I know how a business can run and how it should be done. At this... point all I am seeing is a understaffed, horribly managed, dirty and unresponsive staff. Being understaffed is one thing butbeing lazy when you are getting paid to do a job is another. You need to be quick and efficient and this store is anything but.If you don?t have it in your head that the customer should come first on all aspects than this isn?t the job for you. It?s asmall location with a lot of potential being right off the freeway for a lot of business but at this point people are morewilling to drive the extra 5+ miles to your other location in Burlington than they are stopping right here where it is moreconvenient. So either management needs to come take a look at this place or actually shut our down because having it is doinmore harm than good if you aren?t willing to change anything inside. Read more
