Usually I?d find some humerons and understanding way of expressing annoyances that sometimes occur at a customer based... establishment; which would then lead me to leave a review. - I (also) often times still give the benefit of the doubt, leaving 4-5 stars HOWEVER - this is 1 of the worst Starbucks I?ve ever stepped inside. Literally 15-20 people ALAWYS waitingfor their drinks. - 20 minute minimum post making an order to get anything in-hand. Staffing is not the reasoning. They have3-4 people at any given time behind the counter. I know how these schematics operate, because I worked for the company. EDIT:Sorry, but what had been a 2 star, just changed to a 1 - I tried. I tried hard to find ways of seeing past the annoyances ofwaiting forever for a drink, BUT? on a day where I chose to come back, giving them another shot (even choosing a time thatwasn?t busy whatsoever) i tried being kind making small talk, only to be looked at like I was some kind of unimportant part oftheir day. - Look. I?m a grown man. I don?t NEED the attention of the barista BUT i know that, with the role, comes theresponsibility of having somewhat of a connecting personality. And If it has been just 1 person, then I?d roll my eyes and getover ir, BUT it was multiple staff. AND it wasn?t only me they gave 5% of their attention towards. Read more

Both of our coffees were made poorly this afternoon. One had too much ice and no pumps of cinnamon. The second coffee was... somewhere around 70% cream. First really disappointing experience here. Read more

The staff are extremely busy and my beverage was not quite what I ordered. It was just a mad rush of people and I felt somewhat... ignored by the barista when requesting customer service. Read more

The hours are never correct on google maps. They are basically only opened early mornings now. I live right next door and every... time I try to go they?re not open. Also the order ahead system is always off. Very infuriating, I used to walk my dog over anddo a quick pickup. But now I can?t cause it takes too long to get my order and my dog is freezing outside. Do not use on weekends. Waited 25 min for a latte. UVM students order online and there were literally 23 people waiting. The in... line ordering need to be paused from 9-11. Completel Unacceptable. I?ll back to Dunkin. It?s literally 0.1 miles away. Don?t gobtw 9-12 . Read more

Some of the nicest Starbucks partners I've ever had the pleasure of knowing, and I worked for Starbucks for 12 years. Orders... are accurate, delivered as quickly as humanly possible, and served with great spirit. If you're reading this, be nice toservice industry people. ...and tip well. They deserve it and more.
