I don't like complaining, nor do I ever give bad reviews due to fact it may just be an off day... However the older male Owner's... attitude towards my asking why is it that I have to pay more money just for hot water added to a 1 tea bag cup of tea wasdownright -dismissive -deplorable -and disrespectful to the point where even when I tried to get an explanation for hisattitude, he maintained a staunch air of disrespect, turned his back on me, & went back about his business. I've actually beengoing there for years (through, numerous different owners), and never had an issue or problem - but this was enough for Me,NEVER to go back, and also let ALL in my extensive circle exactly what type of disgusting temperament & attitude you'll receiveif a question to difficult to answer, is asked. We went to this cafe spontaneously over the lunch hour and we found it just amazing!! They have multiple healthy options for... lunch or snack along with a great coffee. We ordered one of their flavored latte and it was heavenly. Giving five stars to thiscafe.. Positively recommended!! Read more
Stopped by for a quick coffee and decided to grab a bite to eat. The chicken pesto sandwich was so delicious and all made... fresh. We also had a chocolate twist pastry that was absolutely delicious. The coffee is great as usual... the staff was sofriendly, happy and so pleasant. We did not realize that they were closing and the owner herself came to us and said pleasestay even though we are closing. :) Read more
Got the mango chicken rice box and was very happy with it! Soup was also excellent. Felt satisfied the food met the price and... you can tell the women who work here take pride in the food and establishment. Proudly Canadian and the fact that everything wasedible, recyclable or compatible is a big plus for me. Thank you! Read more
