Great location, never had a problem here. Nice ambiance too.
We come to this Wendys (Fairview st) probably once per month and we never learn our lesson. It?s the slowest service I?ve ever... encountered! The food is good and deserves a 5 star but the service is definitely only worthy of 1 star. We spend approx. 20mins (no joke) in the drive thru every time. I really should just drive to Wendys at Walkers and Mainway. Read more

This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant but it definitely is not. The efficiency really needs to change. I've received my... food faster in a fine dining restaurant. 20+ minutes waiting in the drive-thru. It also is the same inside. Ridiculous. Neveragain Read more

This Wendy's was under construction all year and recently opened up again. It looks very nice and updated. We dined in on a week... night, late but with a fair amount of time before close. the restaurant was empty. the server taking our order seemed botheredwhen we asked if the drink was included in the coupon we used. While waiting for our order, we noticed NOT ONE person out of 5employees, including what looked to be the manager but was preparing food, was wearing gloves. The person who looked like amanager had medium length blonde hair in a very disheveled ponytail, and no hairnet. This person was directly in contact andworking over the food and counters, and you could see hair hanging down around their face. All workers touched our food withtheir bare hands, I saw someone's nail dig into a pickle and swirl it around a bun held in their full bare hand. When I askedabout gloves, the worker at the counter was very defensive, saying they personally didn't assemble it. I mentioned I can seeeveryone who assembled the food, (food is prepared in plain sight of the counter) and they even tried to gaslight me by sayingthey were wearing gloves or they usually do. I was shocked that he would try to tell me they were wearing gloves when you canclearly see no one was. I made sure my complaint was loud enough for the manager to hear me and they didn't even look my way ortry to address my issue, just continued preparing food. When it was obvious they were wrong, the worker I spoke to said "sorry",and handed me the food. Yum. If I was more of a nitpicker, I wouldn't have eaten the food, but I understand the fast foodreality and I don't have a strong spine to be fighting to get my food remade in a more sanitary manner. To top it all off, thefancy custom fountain drink machine didn't work, and no one working made an effort to address this or fix it afterwards.
