Everytime I come by in the morning the staff is talking to each other not me the customer. No total no greeting they hand out... the debit machine whilst in the mist of their conversations. This location is incredibly slow. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and it was like they put it on and the scraped it back... off again. This is not the first time. Either there is barely anything there or way too much. Read more

Went for a coffee and a muffin this morning. Heated with butter please. Slapped some butter on it. No heat. Walking out i... totally wiped out on the freshly mopped floor. Went right down. Two customers came to my aid. I was fine but when i told theguy mopping who watched me wipe out that he needed to put a sign out saying wet floor he just looked at me like he didntunderstand and it was my fault. Wow!! Really disappointed as I ordered Veg. Habenara Wrap and got chicken wrap instead. I didn't check the order as I came through... drive through. Even though I confirmed with the cashier that is it Veggie and he said yes. Most stupid thing really. Now I don'thave time to go back and explain all this. Waste of money and food. This Tim?s is terrible. There was like 4 people there, and I ordered before all of them and I still got my order 15 minutes... after I ordered! And the donuts are definitely not baked fresh. I had a birthday cake dream donut there, and it was extremelystale. Don?t go to this Tim?s. Whether you dine in, or go through the drive through, it?s going to be slow. And nothing is bakedfresh (at least the donuts). Read more
