Waited ten minutes at the drive through window, for 2 donuts and two small iced coffees, I was only given one donut and the the... iced coffees and was told that?s it by the employee working the drive through, I told him, I?m missing a donut he said onemoment, I waited another five minutes no apology for the 15 minute wait time and to top it off the donut had a long black hairweaved into the chocolate. This location has been our favourite but no more. My friend and I left because of the disgraceful behavior of a group of young... boys. Probably about 11 or 12 years old. They didn't want to order, just to hang out, make a lot of noise and use foul language.The staff tried hard to get them to leave but they kept returning. One of the staff told me these kids are "regulars" and arealways a problem. The time was about 6:30 pm. They ruined our dinner and we left. There is another group of young people whoregularly terrorize this location. They are older. Probably 16 years old. I was there one time when the police were called. I do appreciate the stuffs there .a good memory there .impressive. I always went there to buy coffee every morning in the past... 2 years . Stuffs are very nice . Always made me a good mood before i start work. They work hard and fast . One lady ( I don'tknow her name sorry ) , she takes order at drive through. She is very nice . She always say : " good morning, welcome to timHortons, might I take your order please. " always passionately to every customers . anther girl standing window to pass food fordrive customers.
