Good Tim Hortons restaurant to visit. Coffee is very fresh and the service is excellent. The employees are super friendly.
No seating, but it is still a fully fledged store with drivethru. This Tim Hortons location for the most part is busy during the... lunch hour. Make sure you have enough time to specifically grab your food since the place gets pretty busy, which for allintents and purposes happens nearly every weekday. Drivethru is super slow during lunch and it might be more quicker to drive 2minutes to the tims location at Mainway and Burloak. Outside of the lunch hour, this location generally is decent, which isgood. Read more
I have been here a handful of times. They are SO slow moving and the staff that are customer facing seem slow, forgetful and... pretty miserable. Today when I went in I asked for a specific donut (that I was literally staring at on the shelf) and after thelady grabbed the last two and bagged them she placed them behind her and said that they didn't have that specific donut. Huh? Icould SEE it behind her lol. Anyway, there seems to be a high turnover here so obviously management needs to do better. Read more
Definitely one of the worst Tim Horton?s I have been to. I have given this location several chances and they always seem to... either mess up the order completely or you?re waiting in the drive thru for what seems like forever. There could literally beone car in front of you and it would still take 10 minutes minimum (the worst part is they have reduced hours inside so I?m notsure how the drive thru even gets so backed up?). Nice location, especially if you want to dine in. It has a more peaceful atmosphere than most Tim's, as most have higher traffic... inside and out. If I had any complaint it would be to train the counter service to speak a little louder when asking customersquestions. Younger ones are a bit shy and some older customers are a little hard of hearing. Read more
To be honest I?d stay far away from this Tim hortons as possible. Might be one of the worst ones I?ve encountered so far. They... can never hear your order, food is always served stale or cold. It?s unfortunate because I do some work in the area and that?sone of the closest Tim?s without getting back on the highway or driving for a bit. They?re never stocked on anything breakfast,it?s worst than McDonald?s broken ice cream machine. This location is definitely not the greatest representation of thefranchise. I have never been disappointed by this location. The food is fresh every time and every cup of coffee has been perfect. I am... usually disappointed with some part of my order at at Tim?s but this location has been fantastic. On top of the great foodand drinks the staff is always pleasant and the drive-thru is quick. Avoid this Tim Hortons at ALL costs. Have 20 minutes before needing to be at a hockey game that is less than 1 minute from the... drive thru? You?ll be late. Every single time. Tonight it took us more than 10 minutes to have our order taken (for 1 coffee)and there were only 3 cars in front of us. We were in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes. I wish I could say this doesn?thappen often here, but tonight we actually had somewhere to be that we ended up being late for. This is by far the worst TimHortons I have ever been to; quality, speed and friendliness of staff is all below 1 star. You?d think the staff wouldacknowledge the wait in the slightest, but no.
