I?ve been coming to this Tim?s hortons on and off for he last 25 years, since when is it ok to block of 2 front parking spots... with pylons so the Indian guys that work at Tim?s can park up close. I've been coming here for more than 1 year, there service is great & staff members are friendly. Same for the Burrito Boy ; )

So so experience. Staff was friendly but got my orders completely wrong and the food came out slow and in parts. Sandwich was... missing ingredients and had to go back to get it fixed. Found out later I got a normal coffee when I ordered a more expensiveone, and they didn't add any cream or sugar. Overall lack of attention to detail. Read more

I have used this location many times on way to work, prior to 6am. Coffee has been constantly not filled to close to an inch... from the top, and it is always the same pourer. I have brought my coffee inside and even the front cashier has madecomments as if this is a constant issue with a certain pourer. I have asked to speak to a manager but they are never therebefore 6am. I have left reviews on telltims, but no response when asked to be contacted. I understand it is a busylocation, but as prices continue to rise, and other locations are a decent pour, this is an issue with this location; perhapsthe manager applauds the cost savings here? This is the closest location that offers delivery. I am disabled, and do not own a vehicle. Of the last 6 orders, only one was... complete/correct. When I contact the store to let them know, they are consistently rude and not willing to help. I am growingtired of contacting Guest Services constantly. Read more

Changing this from 5 stars to 2. I use this Tim Hortons all the time as it is just down the street from where I work. After this... week I am debating switching to another location. Not sure if they have new employees or what. Twice in one week they have hadme pay for something I ordered and then turned around two seconds later to tell me the item was not available and would I likesomething else? The items I'm ordering do not have to be prepared, they are either on the shelf or not. This is a terriblebusiness practice where they still want your money and then try to sell you something you don't want. The second time they knewbefore I paid that the item was not available. They will also ONLY refund in cash no matter how you paid for your purchase whichmakes no sense since pennies are rounded only with cash transactions meaning that if you pay with debit/credit the money you getback is not accurate. While this might not matter in one or two transactions, it does if they do this multiple times a day everyday with different customers. The service changes depending on who's working the window. Some are great which is why I wenthere so often before... others are clearly sketchy and just after your money. Read more

Great location right next to the hockey arena in Burlington, great for parents waiting around for games. The place has a... shared eating area with two other restaurants. Overall the establishment is very well kept and washrooms were clean. Thefood was fast and the donuts wasn't the freshest at 7pm on a Saturday. Not a bad place. Read more
