Worst Tim service I have ever seen selling old food nd not even accepting their mistakes… staff don’t know how to talk how... to solve the problem.. god knows how that girl got hired..instead of listening to problem bd saying sorry… she was yelling ndjust said ok bye slammed the phone … is this way to talk to customer… when I said m not gonna come back anymore to this locshe said do wtever u want…. Carolyn is a lifesaver! Called for help from other employees so we could reprint some receipts i needed for work, took several... minutes of her time but she was very understanding, asked questions to ensure she understood, and was patient of my lack ofgenuinely useful information in finding the receipts. Customer service is quite bad, this is why people prefer Starbucks over Tims. The quality is inconsistent, you never know... whether the drink/food you get every time is going to be good or bad, and service is rude. Never experienced such bad customerservice. Read more

I have been going to this Tim Hortons for quite some time now as I live around the corner. I routinely stop at 530am during the... weekdays and I have always had a great experience. The two lovely ladies that greet me (Jigna and Amina) always are verypleasant, personable, happy and make a great coffee. They know my order right when I pull up to the drive thru microphone and itmakes me feel welcomed and remembered which is always nice. If it weren't for these two ladies I probably would have goneelsewhere for my coffee as past experiences here were not always the greatest but they are a big reason for getting my businesstoday and in the future. This is the second bad experience in this place but it is the first time I add my comment. Tim Hortons employee who is taking my... order in the drive through on September 21st, 2020 at 2:50 PM almost shouted on me because first I said yes it is everything andthen I did Remember to add my second item, and he shocked me by shouting and sighing heavily following it with "is iteverything?" also all the delivered order items were really ZERO quality (Photos attached) I believe he meant to prepare it inthis way.
