Worst experience ever! Went into this tim hortons for lunch with my senior mother and the cashier tried shortchanging my mother!... My mother paid a $17 bill with a $100 bill. The cashier attempted to give her back $60! After we told her she was shorting us$20, she gave us the $20 with a very dirty look. After that, we went to wait for our order and after about 15 minutes ofwaiting, we asked the lady who was making sandwiches where our order was and she says our order wasnt in the system! She thenwalks over to the cashier and the cashier tells her we NEVER ORDERED anything from her and that she'ld never seen us before!!! Ibelieve this woman might have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol as she seemed completely lost..after repeatedlyasking for a refund because at this point we felt embarassed to be holding up the rest of the customers behind us, she yells tothe girl making the sandwiches to "just give them 2 free sandwiches!"...after we had already paid and even almost shorted $20 bythis woman! I urge the managers or owners of this place to check your cameras and deal with this employee..this happened onNovember 9th, 2022 @ approximately 12:10pm. According to the girl making the sandwiches, this is not her first hiccup. We havenever been so embarassed by someone in the service industry and unfortunately will never strp foot in a Tim Hortons again thanksto this person and experience at Tim hortons today...its really a shame. Very poor service. We ordered at 7pm. Loaded bowl is half filled (they're running out of ingredients). I ordered 3 soups and... waited for it, then they said they only have 2 available. I ordered sandwich instead- waited for so long and they were liketrying to find ingredients again shaking & squeezing the bottle sauce or whatsoever. I ended up canceling my last order and leftdisappointed. Their reason was the one who prepared the food is on training. There were like 6 other staffs standing doingnothing. At least, one should be guiding the staff. Plus they served the soup with a knife. What a bad experience. Have beengoing to Tim's but this branch is one of a kind. Read more
Second time at this location and as a customer not able to use their washroom as it?s ?out of order? but as I was standing in... front of the door I heard someone inside and an employee was using the washroom that was out of order. I asked for informationon manager so something can be done about this constant issue but they were persistent they don?t know their managers name orwho the franchise owner is.. Another issue is that none of the employees are wearing any hair nets even the ones that weremaking the food for our order.. Extremely inconvenient, customer service was non existent, slow service. I walked with myfamily to this location for drinks and food and the fact we can?t use the washroom or wash hands before we eat is absurdespecially considering that Covid-19 is something that is still around and customers can?t use the washroom as it?s always outof service. It?s a great way to promote sanitation and do their part on preventing spread or contamination of Covid-19. Read more
Mobile orders It?s clear this location treats mobile orders as an after thought and not a priority. Might as well not try to... order ahead. After waiting a long time they also gave me the wrong tea. I?ll choose a different location next time for sure Read more

I?m coming back months later to share my review since I still can?t stop thinking about how horrible of an experience I had at... this location. I made one mobile order on Oct 5th 2022; 2 iced caps in the two combos that are about to be mentioned, 1 icedcoffee, 1 grilled cheese combo, one other sandwich in a combo, and a single donut. At first, we did not receive the donut andone of the iced Capps. We showed the man assisting me and my friends my device with my receipt on it and the man continued toargue with me and my two other friends despite the quantity saying 2 for the iced Capp and the totals adding up on the receipt.After about five minutes of arguing, he finally gave us our food. The staff are not friendly whatsoever, and when we went, itwas ridiculously busy. I can understand feeling overwhelmed during a rush in the fast food industry, I?ve been there, but thecustomer service was horrible and quite disgusting from the one man I argued with, and the multiple other employees who didn?thelp the situation any much better.
