I was very disappointed. I asked for Chai tea latte. 1st time, I received plain Chai tea. I asked for latte, and received a... latte that was made with coffee and two Chai tea bags. Your staff appears to be very stressed out and blame each other for theerror. I live two hours north, and it is not just a quick return and ask for proper tea. Read more

Not satisfied with the staff. Sept 5 @ 8pm,my friend and I stop to the store to have coffee and the guy on duty is not nice.He... put one order and I corrected him 2 coffee after that I try to scan my tim app. I said doesnt work and he said what .. so itold him the scanner. He said sorry cannot bec he already punch in. I said so quick when I not yet done with the scanner. Hesaid thats how we work. I told him not like that you need to wait the customer to scan first thats why theres the app for us toto earn points. Ans he said something like your just new?hello I am not !!! and now I remembered he is the same guy who doesntwant to accept the money when we ordered creamy chills and muffins bec its coins a combination of 25cents, 1 and 2 dollars forjust 16 bills. Is that how the management teach their staff not to accept it bec theres other customer waiting? First time toexperienced that kind of service. Is it bec were asian thats why he treat us like that!!! Very friendly staff, great looking location! One of the nicest looking Tim Hortons in Burlington if not the best in the... area! Very clean, fresh food, clean machines and prompt fast service. Honestly, this is the SLOWEST Tim's I ever ever been too. They don't even have a drive thru at this location, yet you're waiting... for almost 10 minutes for a simple sandwich. It's so short staffed (and majority of the staff are old people that move slow)that you have to stand in line for about 20 minutes just to get your order taken because it takes them about 5 minutes to takeone person's order. For a "fast food" place, this is honestly so sad. Please train your staff better or hire more at thislocation. Read more
