5months after posting the below review nothing has changed. Consistency the worst Tim Hortons around. Bad Tim's. Employees... don't care (I can't blame them). If you're lucky they'll have 2 cash registers open but usually it's one cash open, no one onit, and 4 or 5 people running around doing who knows what. Read more
Don't know what's going on with Timmy's. Terrible service. Food is getting ridiculously Terrible. As they opened they had no... hit food ready. So with 10 people already in line ordering hit food not being told you have to wait 10 minutes as nothing isready. We drink our beverages before getting our food. Which on the sausage and egg were cooked. Cold English muffin. Going tohave to double think before ordering from here again Read more
This was by far the worst wait at a Tim Hortons. I had to wait close to 30 mins to get my coffee orders. Its not that the staff... aren't working,. Its that there isn't enuff staff. There's two ppl and there were 5 people in front of me. They all orderedsmall items Nothing big, there jst isn't enuff staff to supprt. It was an older lady that served me. She got my order ryt andthe coffees were good. I took my time to thank her. She was doing the best she can. There were 15+ ppl behind me by the time Ileft. Franchise mgmt shld seriously look into it. Stiped making wraps so they wouldn't let me purchase one because the mall closes ar 9:00 pm.....I ordered this at 7:30. An hour... and a half is unacceptable. This was my last straw with tims. Save yourself the headache Read more
extremely terrible experience with girl 'ZAHARA' ,she insulted me badly. even his dad give me THREATS TO KILL & he said 'he is... from Afghanistan,& he will kill me'. just because i said her beautiful. she & her dad disrespected me in front of a lot ofpeople in the mall, & she was like ' dude how can you say beautiful to a 15 yr old girl' . like , a girl can't be beautiful ifshe's 15 ? it don't mean that i want her & she doesn't look like 15 ,& how could i know she's 15 , it's not written on her face. i am commenting here to let you know if anything happen to me then this girl & his dad will be responsible for that as he wasgiving me threats to kill. This is probably the worst Tim Horton?s in existence. Constantly messing up orders, constantly forgetting orders and overall... incredibly unprofessional. I can give the benefit of the doubt when you?re busy and make a mistake but when you?re not busy andstill mess up a food order that makes it difficult to give any sort of leeway. Read more
Bought a small and a medium Roasted Hazel Nut Cold brew with espresso foam. I have tried this drink in many Tim Hortons and this... was the worst. Completely diluted, no espresso foam in it. You might think that the Tim Hortons coffe woudl taste the sameeverywhere but thats not true. Beware when you order this drink here. Read more
Went to Tims today at 5:47 Saturday. Mall closes at 6pm google say Tim Hortons closes at 6 pm. I was rudley told they were... closed. I responded with its 5:47. The staff said that closes at 5:45. You should get your hours right on google if thats thecase, or hire people who know how to be polite. Many people being turned away is loss of revenue. Read more
