I went there after reading some seriously bad reviews. GREAT street food! I loved it. I got a chili dog and a fries with gravy... on the side. A little over priced, but the service was good and for the most part the food was amazing. Although the gravy was abit watery. Don't go there expecting gourmet fare, It's street/snack bar food! They did that well. I'm going back tomorrow totry a burger. Read more
OMG...how bad can can you mess up burgers, hot dogs and fries?! Today I went in and with only a few other customers in the... place, I waited over 20 minutes to get two hot dogs. It appears that they take an order, cook it and serve it...and then takethe next customers order. I am not kidding. It gets better. After a ridiculously long wait, the hot dogs came out still partlyfrozen. And I?m dead serious. There were two adults in the back and one young girl on the cash. How many ?Bills? does it take toscrew up that bad. It might just be me, but is $6 too much for a frozen hot dog? I wonder if cooking is extra? Read more
It was awful last year and it's even worse this year. My kids used to love the poutine from this place two years ago, so we... thought we would try again Sunday and see if maybe things changed from last year (which was terrible) We waited for nearly30minutes to receive one putine. The putine is now half the size of the previous years but still cost $10.17 with taxes. Camewith a teaspoon of gravy and very little cold , un-melted cheese curds. Fries were also cold and burnt. When I asked the cashierwhy the insanely long wait (with two guys in the kitchen) I was told they were waiting for gravy. Never again will we attemptthis. I feel like we have been giving it a chance out of convenience. I guess Spencers' is not the only place that has gonedown in food quality (since the blue squid risotto times), even the basic snack shop can't make the most basic fast food. Ijust went on the 3Bills website and looked at the menu and it seems I was also overcharged for the putine. It appears to cost $7+tax and not $9. Infuriating. Read more
Every other time we?ve been here this winter they have been closed, even during the posted open hours. Now they are open and... have no fries. I mean, who runs out of frozen fries !? Especially when they literally only have fries and burgers on themenu!? Read more
Fries were actually really good but the chicken sandwich was burnt on the outside and partially raw on the inside. Burger tasted... ridiculously salty too. Read more
Was charged $10.00 for a $6.00 salad. Had to negotiate with the supervisor to finally get a refund. In the end, the salad was... horrible and I threw it out. Also had some soft serve ice cream which I ate. An hour later I was feeling sick. That's enough fornow. Will avoid this place like the plaque. Read more
Would give no stars if possible. Reason: Went for ?fresh fruit? for my 2 year old. On the printed menu at the location the... price was stated as $1.00 and on the website as $1.50. It was rung up at $2.89 plus HST for 1 Nectarine. Isn?t there a lawagainst misadvertising pricing ? Please contact me to refund the difference this is unacceptable Read more
This place is horrible the customer service was awful and the food smh ??????????? Small fries cost $5 and you get 2 fries, the... poutine didn?t even have gravy with 5 fries in the box plastered with cheese for $9! Worst $27 I ever spent! Dont eat here! Read more
