Tried the new crispy chicken, it should be called the soggy and hard chicken. The texture was so discusting I couldn't even eat... the sandwich. I won't be spending my money here anymore unless they learn from firehouse subs who are getting my business fromnow on. Read more
The new crispy chicken 12 inch sub was disappointing with 3 -2 inch pieces of chicken on it. Do the math... Half the sub was... meatless. The taste of the chicken was also bland. This was a horrible sandwich. Read more
Had delicious subs for lunch with my kids made by a very nice gentleman. When I came in he was busy taking out the fresh bread... that smelled so good and was making an order for skip the dishes but I wasn't in a rush. I admired how hard he was working toaccommodate all of his customers as he was handling the pre-lunch rush like a champ! Placed a brief order over the phone as per employer's request because we were confirming the closing time for this location.... Trusted the services and picked up our food after paying. And thanked the guy so many times for making it ready to go for us. Once got home, cannot believe what we picked. It was just the bread with little bit lettuce and sauce as you can see in picturesattached. They didnt even bother about putting all toppings and sauces as per our order. And the salad we ordered was just halfempty container. He didnt even give us the receipt and not even asked for. They should be ashamed of what they are serving asto what we are expecting and paying. I have been to this place 4-5 times now. Every time there is one person who doesn't make the sandwich as I like. He will under... fill everything as I am getting my sandwich for free. Given them enough chances now. There are lot of good subway in the city.Don't go to this one. Don't know why they do that. I am paying for the sandwich. Never going back there. Read more
No dressing - buddy kept TAKING OUT toppings that he was putting on and when my dad said excuse me why are you taking stuff out... it isn't even full to the top he said "that's what we are told to do".
