Have always loved these wings. Hot sauce seemed a little hotter but nonetheless always a great experience.
St.Louis Bar and Grill has absolutely the best wings, jalapeño poppers and onion rings in Burlington! Atmosphere was amazing,... staff were fast, friendly and efficient with an excellent smile! Friendly helpful staff and great atmosphere for casual dining. Was in the mood to eat Ribs so we decided to check out our local... St Louis Bar and the Ribs were delicious. They have different BBQ sauces to choose from and was able to get a small saladinstead of fries. Really enjoyed the Caesar drink as well. Lots of wing sauces available to pick from as well! Read more
Been at this place before with couple of friends and I said I will come back. And now, I came back but only for a take-out as I... didn't have the time to stay. Looked over the menu and decided to get the wings. Placed the order and waited about 10-15minutes. Got the wings and I left. Usually every time I get take-out I check the package before I leave but this time I didn'tand when I get home I was pleasantly surprised that everything I ordered was there. Wings were of a decent size and had a reallygood taste - they weren't dry / overcooked. Were nice and crispy on the outsider and soft and cooked on the inside. Although Ifound the price to be a bit on the expensive side for 2 lbs, it's close to what other places offer. 2ND UPDATE: My husband and I went back to St. Louis Bar & Grill today as I was craving some wings and I have to applaud their... customer service. Our original server recognized us and came over to our table to apologize to us for the previous incident(which she did not have to do) so we really, truly appreciated that. The manager, Haley, also came over to speak with us, whichwe appreciated as well. We had a new server today and she was great as well. My husband and I truly appreciate the effort putinto the customer service we received today because good customer service is hard to find nowadays. This team did everythingthey could to make the issue right and I can say that we’ll be back again and again due to this! Thank you again for anamazing experience! I definitely recommend this location to anyone who’s craving some great wings and great customerservice! UPDATE: One of the managers, Haley, reached out to me and has apologized for the issue and offered to refund thecharge for my meal. I appreciate you making an effort to resolve the situation so I have updated my rating based on her customerservice and I will give this location one more shot. Hopefully, it doesn't disappoint! Last night was my third visit to thislocation and unfortunately, it will be my last. I was originally so glad to have found this place a few months back as myhusband is vegetarian and enjoys their plant based wings. I've tried their plant based wings once as well and they're prettygood, but the boneless wings have just been horrible. I tried to give them another shot last night, but it was the same. All ofthe wings are either overcooked or undercooked with barely any sauce on them. The reason for my rating is because I found apiece of a napkin in between one of my boneless wings when I cut it open with a fork and knife.
