The energy blast smoothie is the best smoothie I have ever had in my life, and wow, was the 20oz serving filling. I had just... walked for three hours from Burlington to Hamilton and back and this was the perfect afternoon treat. It was just so tasty, andI felt nothing but good (and full) afterwards. Coconut water, ginger, cinnamon, dates, kale, banana, chia seeds, flax seeds,amongst others ? it?s just full of nutrition, sweetness, and the perfect amount of spicy. I literally cannot wait to have thisagain and highly recommend! Staff were also so pleasant and welcoming. All smiles and good smells when you walk in. Check thisplace out! Read more
