Very bad customer service. I came and wanted to use a mobile coupon and was informed by Bali that I needed to order it on the... app. I made my selection and when it was time to choose a location the app said ? this store in currently not available formobile ordering? I told Bali and he told me ? they changed the system and that may be the problem? so I asked what he could doand he checked the system and found a coupon however it was not suitable for what I wanted. I said could he give me a discountfor the inconvenience and his responds was ? if my boss ask why the discount was given i will have to pay for the balance myself? which I found to be strange but anyway. The washroom was also very dirty both of them. I really enjoy Popeyes however thislocation was not up to Popeyes standards. Read more

Visited yesterday. Ordered the nuggets combo and it did not disappoint. I'm from Hamilton and it was satisfying that the... biscuits were perfectly baked. The nuggets were the best I've had. Service was also good. The quality of food was 100% betterthan my local Popeyes in Hamilton. Will come for sure. I highly recommend this Popeyes restaurant ???? Read more

I don?t write negative reviews for anyone but this restaurant employee and manager make me write a negative review. I was so... happy that a Popeyes location was open close to my work place. First time getting Popeyes today and requesting for a combo.Employee said sorry we don?t have fountain drink as machine is broke, you want bottle pop. I said sure I?ll take it. Then shecharged me extra money for upgrading for bottle of pop. Wait what? Why are you charging me extra. Then a so called manager camein and said ?Hey Man, listen take it or leave it?
