Tonight me and my friends ordered two large pizzas between us on two separate payments. One was a large pep and my personal... order was a large pep with three drinks. When we came back we were informed that they gave my pizza and drinks away to twoteenage girls. The other customer informed us that "she gave the two girls the option on what box of pizza they took home byholding them up". When she was giving us one of the large pizzas we asked her for the drinks and her response was "the othergirls took them" we then say we understand but we would still like our drinks and she says "i can give you one or two of them"at this point we are getting more and more upset and told her we would like all three drinks as we paid for them all. You wouldthink this is the worst part of our experience but no.... she then tries to give us one large and one medium pizza when webrought it up with her that we ordered two large pizzas WITH PROOF she then started to argue us and ask how it would bepossible... we ended up having to wait for a large pep pizza to be made and not to mention the other pizza she took a fullycooked cheese pizza and just added pep on it thus making that pizza burnt... all i have to say is a pizza that would normallytake 20 mins to get took an hour. Got my phone in order wrong on two occassions - said they woukd call me so left my mobile number at the 2485 Appleby line pick... up branch but no one ever called ! Have been a regular customer but no longer if this is the new level of customer service Read more
Worst pizza in the Burlington/Oakville area. Pizza had few toppings even though we paid for double the amount. The sauce was... nowhere to be found. I clearly should have read these reviews before ordering. Read more
Ordered a medium pizza with one topping being bacon and this is how it came out. Very disappointed in the guy behind the counter
We ordered pizza several times and always they burn the pizza hence we stop ordering it. After that we ordered Half moon cheesy... bread couple of times and got the same result. Burnt Burnt Burnt. Pathetic service at this place. They don?t care about customerservice. Do not want to order anything from this location owner don?t care. Many times they served incomplete order like nodipping sauces in the bag after you?ve reached home with food. Poor guys don?t know how to run pizza shop. Don?t waste you moneyand time. Read more
Unfortunately tonight we bought pizza there and it was burnt. We usually have no issues there, hence why I stopped checking my... pizza when I pick up. We live far from this place otherwise I would have returned it. Be respectful and responsible please. Read more
Walked in during the lunch hour and ordered a slice of pepperoni and a poutine. Took about eleven minutes after paying. Pizza... was okay, but the gravy used on the poutine is not that good. Employees were professional and kind. Read more
