I used to enjoy the pizza at this location few years ago. But recently the pizzas are very oily! Staff is very nice though!
Ordered a supreme medium with a stuffed crust and the toppings were sparse and not that fresh, it wasn't well-cooked (pale on... the bottom), had a sweet gross smell and seemed like it was a reheated pizza overall. it's like they had a pre-made pepperoni,added a tiny amount of supreme toppings to it and some cheese and re-baked it. Had pizza here before, but not in a couple years,and it was fine like Pizza hut has always been, but this is nothing like Pizza Hut pizzas I've been eating the last 30+ years. This place used to be very good, but since the staff has been changed in the last year or two, the quality started going... downhill. One of the staff was wearing private clothes with a thick jacket and its hoodie on his head inside the store. He wasnot even wearing a mask when I walked in, and didn't even bother to wear it the whole time when I was there. He even walked intothe kitchen without wearing a mask.. So.... This was how my pizza looked when I first opened it... I didn't have high expectations based on the reviews, so I'm not... even upset, just very confused. Why is there a missing slice? Like other reviewers, I received a pizza with a doughy/slightlysoggy bottom. I've experienced this for other Pizza Hut locations when there's many toppings on the pizza, but never a cheesepizza. Generous 2 stars because I ordered right before 9:30, delivery was within the estimated time, and the pizza was still inedible(ish) condition lol. I used to regularly order my pizza from this outlet. However, from last few months I must say their quality of food and service... has become very poor and bad. They keep serving pizza which is soggy, overcooked and not at all up to standards. After orderingpizza, we get feedback to report, and it is disappointing that none of them revert back to you with any apologies or actions.Basically, I have realized that store management is very rude and careless, hence, not bothering even about feedback. If youdon't want to act, then no need to ask for feedback just for a formality. Please see these photos and decide tell me who willeat these pizza? I dont think anyone will do.
