Best customer service experience I've ever had over all McDonald's Her name was DIV, she's very friendly. Made my day.
If I could give them - stars I would and not because of today but the last few times I?ve visited this location! Went in and... ordered at the kiosk as there was a line up that was not moving very quickly and the person didn?t appear to have a lot ofexperience ! Ordered my food plus 3 mc flurry?s , my food was prepared and sitting on the counter at the front where they passyou your order , ( for almost 10 minutes while the gentleman fumbled with making the Mc flurrys . I asked him if he could pitmore ice cream in the cup as they were not close to being full, and the last 4 times they were shy a good 2 inches . He lookedat me like I had three heads , the Manager Ian came over to ask what was wrong so I told him, he said nope that?s how they aresupposed to look . ????. Not impressed as I?ve been to other locations and not at all the same . Very poor customer service I?llbe going to a different location from now on , the store is always chaotic and unorganized . Friendly and fairly fast service, but mistakes are not uncommon so make sure you check that they gave you everything before... driving off! Freezing inside, so not a great place to eat in unless you bring your winter coat (in July!). Good locationalthough sometimes a busy corner (for Burlington). Read more
We just went to use the washrooms and got coffees and muffins. Place was clean so were the washrooms like any other McDonalds.... Coffees were hot and fresh and muffins were good as well. The girl at the counter was nice. There is also a drive through. Read more

I was little thirsty for a coffee and a bite while I was in Burlington today, this location was on my route ordered my food via... app went inside to pick up and dine in. To my surprise I was greeted by a very bubbly pleasant energetic lady in a white shirtwith the name tag Evangeline taking pride in what she does. When we are surrounded by lack of service in so many places walkinginto this location truly with a breath of fresh air. Keep up the great work ???????? and my meal wasn't bad either hats off tothe owner of this location for bringing the best in people. Read more
Sloppy assembly, sandwich wasn't properly wrapped. They are understaffed on Sunday mornings. Drive thru line-up is a mess.... Coffee is always well prepared though. Read more
This is the Caledonia store im talking about... drive through very slow, systems down, medium coffee ordered double double...... no sugar. Wife ordered med smoothly, was only 2/3rds full, complained at drive through window. Male staff didnt care, saidthats how the machine works. Funny, been ordering these all summer at other locations and get a full portion. Just a shut upattitude . Very disappointing. Read more
