Food has always been great, however I'm going to mention a story that happened to me, back in September I ordered through the... drive through a large meal for six, and after returning home a meal was missing, the manager on that phone asked me to order theleast cost item on skip the dishes, and assured me he would send me my meal so i don't have to drive again. Skip the dishesmessed up the order and sent it to another branch. So i ended up $30 down, I called the manager again and he promised me he willrecord that credit for next time i come, and he apologized. 2 months later, i happened to just the drive through again, lo andbehold, they did hold up their end of the deal and credited me $30! Thanks to the manager at that branch, despite being veryupset the first time, he managed to make things right. Read more
Honestly the worst food I?ve ever had in my entire life existence. The chicken was so dry and had no taste. The bread is stale.... The only good thing about this place is the potato wedges. They are a solid 6.5/10. If you have no taste buds, then I?drecommend coming here! Read more
I've only recently discovered Mary Brown's and really enjoy the Big Mary chicken sandwich. Honestly, I think it's the best... chicken sandwich from a fast food venue. Visited this location and although my order came back wrong, it was no issue thanks tothe professionalism of the staff. They apologized, remade the correct meal quickly, and even offered me a free side of potatoesfor the wait and confusion. They were tasty potatoes so will have to get them again haha.
